Return & Exchange Process
Eligibility
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.
• However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
• Send clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging to info@bamboonyou.com to begin the resolution process.

• Contact details
• Clear images of the damaged item and packaging
Approval & Resolution
• Once we receive your claim, our team will assess it within 2 working days.
If approved, we’ll either:
• Ship a replacement, or
• Initiate a refund to your original payment method
*There’s no need to return the damaged item.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 21 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If your claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Important Conditions
• Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery
• Photographic proof of the product and packaging is mandatory
• Products must be unused and in original condition until the claim is resolved
• We do not accept claims for reasons other than damage during delivery
