Every product we offer is crafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive. While we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is delivered, we’re here to help if something goes wrong in transit.

Return & Exchange Process

Eligibility
•⁠  ⁠We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.
•⁠  ⁠However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Send clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging to info@bamboonyou.com to begin the resolution process.

•⁠  ⁠Clear images of the damaged item and packaging

Approval & Resolution 


•⁠  ⁠Once we receive your claim, our team will assess it within 2 working days.
If approved, we’ll either:
•⁠  ⁠Ship a replacement, or
•⁠  ⁠Initiate a refund to your original payment method

*There’s no need to return the damaged item.

Refund Timelines 
Approved refunds will be processed within 21 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges 
If your claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

Important Conditions
•⁠  ⁠Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery
•⁠  ⁠Photographic proof of the product and packaging is mandatory
•⁠  ⁠Products must be unused and in original condition until the claim is resolved
•⁠  ⁠We do not accept claims for reasons other than damage during delivery
